Account and Data Deletion Instructions

Step 1: Accessing the account deletion option

Open the app and navigate to the Profile tab.

Find and select Reset App Data.

Step 2: Understanding the implications

All device data will be deleted, the app will be reset to its initial state, and you will be signed out.

Your user account will be marked for automatic deletion by the system.

Step 3: Ensure internet connectivity

Please ensure you have internet connectivity to allow the app to sync your settings before the reset is committed. Once confirmed, uninstall the app from your device.

Step 4: Grace period

Your account is permanently deleted after 28 days. If you sign back in before the 28-day window expires, the pending deletion is cancelled and your account is reactivated.

Note: Account deletion, once finalised, is irreversible. Uninstalling the app is essential to avoid accidental account reactivation.
